Ad Hoc Grant Requests

The panel accepts applications for ad hoc grant requests throughout the year. Ad Hoc grant requests are typically requests for smaller amounts than annual grants and may support short-term programming or projects. Please click below to download the application and submit to bhs-panel@tchnetwork.org. The panel meets on the fourth Thursday of every month. Applications should be submitted by the 15th of the month to be considered at an upcoming panel meeting.
